Myles’s operational experience spans supporting agriculture, remote oil and gas exploration, minerals mining, Search and Rescue, and extensive multi-crew International Airline Operations across the Asia-Pacific.
As an experienced Training Captain, Myles has honed his skills in guiding varied types of operations, including working with English Second Language students, which has significantly enhanced his communication abilities in training environments.
Myles possesses a strong background in developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and delivering impactful presentations on these frameworks, ensuring clarity and operational efficiency.
His leadership experience spans roles such as Senior Base Pilot, Base Manager, and Leader of a Foreign Pilot Group, where he has demonstrated strategic oversight and team management capabilities.
